How do the sizes fit?
Oversized hoodies and zip-up jackets: Choose your usual size. If you're between sizes, choose the larger one.
Oversized T-shirts have a loose fit, so choose your usual size or one size smaller.

Where are the products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured in Germany and Bangladesh. We carefully select our production partners to ensure that our products are of the highest quality and fairly priced.
How long will it take for me to receive my package?
Delivery within Germany takes 3–5 business days. We process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and are always displayed before purchase.
Shipping costs within Germany:
For orders up to €74.99, we charge €4.90.
Free shipping for orders over €75.
What are the return conditions?
Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should this not be the case, please contact us by email or contact form – we will find a solution together. Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns are only accepted after prior notification by email and with an attached return form. Unregistered returns cannot be processed.
