We want you to be satisfied with your purchase at LORENOIR .
If an item doesn't fit or doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt .

Important instructions

  • Please make returns thoughtfully – we are committed to sustainability.

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Advance registration required:
    Returns are only accepted if they have been registered in advance via email and approved by us.

  • Return form:
    The completed return form must be included with the shipment.

  • Unregistered returns or shipments without a form cannot be processed.


Returns from abroad

  • Returns must be sent with sufficient postage .

  • The buyer is responsible for customs duties or taxes on the return shipment.

  • Failure to comply will result in refusal of acceptance.

  • Please declare the shipment as
    “Return – Goods without commercial value” to avoid unnecessary costs.

Please send an email to info@lorenoir.de with:

  • Order number

  • Article description

  • Reason for return

After review, you will receive:

  • the return address

  • the return form

  • detailed return instructions

Then return the item according to the instructions.


Conditions for accepting a return

The article must:

  • be unworn, unwashed and unused

  • all original labels included

  • are in the original packaging

  • be free of odors, dirt, or damage

The following must be enclosed:

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation

  • fully completed return form

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.


Damage & Problems

Please check your order immediately upon receipt .
Defects, damage or incorrect deliveries must be reported within 48 hours .

Please send us an email with informative photos so that we can respond quickly.

A direct exchange is not possible .
Please return the item in accordance with the return policy and reorder the desired item.


Refunds

After receiving and examining your return, we will inform you of the approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days via the original payment method.
Delays caused by banks or payment service providers are beyond our control.


Note regarding the statutory right of withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal for consumers within the EU remains unaffected by this return policy.
