Cancellation policy

Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision.
Please use the withdrawal form provided for this purpose.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs for a different shipping method) within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal at the latest.

We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you used for the original transaction.

We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return.

Returning the goods

The goods must be returned to us no later than 14 days after withdrawal.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

For returns from abroad, you will also bear any customs duties or import taxes that may be incurred.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods that have been manufactured or personalized according to customer specifications.

Hygiene items, if the seal has been removed.

Gift certificates.
